He is survived by: his wife Patsy Pennington Terrell; his children, Linda Terrell Seaman (David), Robin Hays (Kirby) and Frank Haynes (Deanna); his grandchildren, Michelle Lehman, Lori Rosario (Ismael), Robby Haynes (Eden), Amber Dickens (Brad), Brandon and Dylan Haynes; his great grandchildren, Laurel Ortiz (Nicholas), Daniel Dorman, Xavier Rosario, Leland Dickens, Bo and Avery Haynes; and his sister Mary Lee Terrell Pickett.
