He was predeceased by: his parents, Ollie Thomas Hudson, Sr. and Hilda Pendergraft Hudson; and his brother Timothy Bryant Hudson. He is survived by: his wife Mary Carter Hudson; his daughter Olivia "Brooke" Hudson; his sister Trina Hudson Campbell (Steve); his siblings-in-law, E. Elizabeth Carter and Joseph W. Carter, III (Caryn); his nieces and nephews, Christopher Bryant "Chris" Hudson, Corey Campbell (Laura Kellems), Joseph W. Carter, IV (Aliki), Catherine Carter Mosser (John) and Lauren Carter Boone (Brock); and his great-nephews, Carter John Mosser, Brooks Carter Boone and Brysen Boone. He is also survived by many cousins, extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Tommy's memory to Duke Home Care and Hospice, Durham Rescue Mission, American Lung Association, or Shriners Hospitals for Children.
