He is survived by: his wife Alice Kay Allen Williams; his daughters, Brenda Lugar (Robert) of Virginia, Rhonda Hagan (Darren) of Durham and Tina Cozart (Chris) of Creedmoor; his grandchildren, Jason Lugar (Heather), Kristen Freeman (Drew) and Jonathan Hagan (Jessica); his great grandchildren, Avery Lugar, Kinley Freeman, Judson Lugar, Abel Freeman and Jade Wilson; and his siblings-in-law, Deborah Gayle Dye (Rodney), Carolyn Forsythe, Audrey Allen and Donald Allen. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews and special friends.
Flowers are acceptable or donations can be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
