He is survived by: his wife Patsy Washam McConnell; his sister Nancy Keyes; his siblings-in-law, Joyce McConnell and Jamie Washam (Jane); his sons, David L. McConnell (Cathy) of Wooster, OH and James O. McConnell (Deborah Hansen) of Swarthmore, PA; his grandchildren, Brennen McConnell (Ana Cristina Palacio), Alaina Nutile (Nicholas), Michael McConnell (Brittney Pachucki) and Rachel McConnell; and his great grandchildren, Jackson and Noah Nutile. He is also survived by several first cousins; and many nieces and nephews.
