He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Booth and Alice Booth. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Booth; his daughters, Sharon Whitaker Smith (Scott) and Paula King (Cole); his grandchildren, Lindsay Brown (Kirk), Allen Whitaker (Amy), Will King (Kerri), Cameron Whitaker (Diana) and Adam King (Currin); his sister Jean Proctor (Bernice); and his sisters-in-law, Wilma McDonald and Thelma Liberty. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
