With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Peggy Griffin Shepherd (Durham, North Carolina), who passed away on November 10, 2022 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Horace Griffin; her husband John Thomas Shepherd; and her sister Norma Stallings. She is survived by: her children, Tommy Shepherd of Durham, Billy Shepherd of Durham, Mark Shepherd (Heaven) of Durham and Donna Smithey (Rick) of Wilkesboro, NC.; her grandchildren, Angela Shumate (Mark), Adrian Smithey (Abigail) and Megan Shepherd; and her great grandchildren, Imogen, Jude, Noah, Scarlett and Fallon.
