It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Philip Nobile (Durham, North Carolina), born in White Plains, New York, who passed away on June 15, 2023, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Angelo Nobile and Andreana Nobile; his siblings, Joseph Nobile, Maria Nobile Osso and John Nobile; his wife Carol Hoag Nobile; his sons, Phillip, Jonathan, Joseph and Adrian; and his pet Albert.
In lieu of flowers, any loving donations in Phil's name can be made to the White Plains Police Benevolent Association.
