It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ralph Thomas Byrd (Durham, North Carolina), who passed away on March 2, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his father Warren Clinton Byrd, Jr.; his wife Gail Roberts Byrd; and his son Ralph Kevin Byrd. He is survived by : his mother Virginia Bullock Byrd; his children, Keith Byrd and Nicole Byrd; and his siblings, Elaine Flowers, Judy Dillard, André Byrd and Warren Kelley. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
