He is survived by: his wife Deborah Milder (Deb); his daughter Julia Summey (Josh); his grandchildren, Jillian and Joshua Coutu; his brother John Sackie (Cynthia); his siblings-in-law, Mary Varoglu (Salih) and Carmine Rende; his nieces and nephews, John, Robert, Paul, Michael Napolitano, Steven Rende, Christopher Sackie, Taylor Varoglu, Carolyn Fortin, Kim Colesano and Talia Varoglu; and his pet Lucy.
