He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Fowler Waller of Durham, NC; his children, Richard Wayne Waller, II (Nichelle) of Wake Forest, NC, Sylvia Denise Wilder of Durham, NC and Sabrina Brewer Swinney (Alvin) of Durham, NC; his brother Charles Waller (Mildred) of Durham, NC; his godson Clinton Brewer (Stephanie) of Durham, NC; and his grandchildren, Kewanya Higgins, Richard Waller, III, Camille Waller and Kalin Swinney. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and great grandchildren.
