He is survived by: his wife Judy Richards Shubert; his children, David Christopher Shubert (Tammy), Michael Allen Shubert (Shannon) and Gail Shubert Blalock (Troy); his grandchildren, Ginger Shubert Snider (Sam), Callie Shubert Canant (Mac), Gailey Blalock Newberry (Alex), Michael Dylan Shubert, Shelby Blalock Florio (Anthony) and John Landon Shubert; his siblings, William "Bill" Shubert and Leta Shubert Sproule (John); his great grandchildren, Adley Newberry, Ada Grace Newberry, James, Nash, Nellie Harp, Brenton, Collin, Warren Canant, Ethan and Luke Snider; and also, Justin, Caroline and Mac Duke. He is also survived by thirteen nieces and nephews.
