He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Spratt and Virginia Spratt (Mitchell); his wife Donna Spratt (Wiersema); his children, Aaron Spratt (Maureen) of Massachusetts and Sarah Barbeau (Phillip) of North Carolina; his grandchildren, Lucas, Lillian, William of Massachusetts, Emmett and Evangeline of North Carolina; and his siblings, Richard Spratt (Nannette) of Ohio, Charlene Webster and Deborah Ransom.
