He was predeceased by: his father David Earl. He is survived by: his wife Louise Queen Cooley; his daughter Angela Chappell (Randy); his grandchildren, Jennifer Fraizer (Charlie) and Matthew Chappell (Heather); and his great grandchildren, Nathan, Maddie, Nash and Hayes. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
