He is survived by: his mother Susan Edmunds Arnold; his stepfather Alan Arnold; his brother Bill White (Manya); his niece Emily Popp (Michael); his aunt Debbie Arnold; his uncles, Dan Arnold, Johnny Osbourne (Melody) and Pat Suppes (Alison); and his godmother Diane Fichera.
