He is survived by: his wife Janice Paul (Perrin); his children, Caroline Stutts (Danny Stutts), Laura Paul (Paul Messsier) and Matthew Paul; his grandchildren, Ruby, Louis, Corinne, Harper and Colton; and his close friends, Coal and Shane.

His contributions to audiological research were published in journals including American Journal of Audiology and Ear and Hearing.
