He was predeceased by: his father Shep Spencer Stuart; his wife Georgia Kay Conn Stuart; his sisters, Rose Henley, Marie Daniels, Louise Chaney, Peggy Johnson (James Stuart), Ida Scott and Nancy Berry (Ben Stuart); and his granddaughter Audrey Celeste Stuart.
He is survived by: his son Joseph Paul Stuart; his cousin Rebecca Ann Bonham; and his siblings, Butch Stuart, Sally Moore, Bonnie Sharp and Grace Brunelle.
