He is survived by: his wife Carole Brady Lowder; his children, Lori Lowder Burhans and Roy Wendell Lowder, Jr.; his granddaughter Paige Kimball Burhans; and his siblings, Robert A. Lowder and Gail Peeler Greer Heath.
