She was predeceased by: her parents, Haywood Suggs and Nannie Suggs; and her son Everette Magee. She is survived by: her daughter Renee "Toni" Williams; her son-in-law Rodney Williams; her daughter Rhonda Magee; her son-in-law Nitin Subhedar; her daughter Shonda Magee; her sister Gertrude McCullers; her grandchildren, Devon Stokes-Howell, Caleb Magee (Merle), Mykailah Magee, Ka'Mari Williams and Eyre Magee; and her great grandchild Temi. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews other family and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, December 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Ellis D. Jones and Sons Funeral Home (419 Dowd St, Durham, NC 27701).
