It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sally Anna Decker (Durham, North Carolina), born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on June 10, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Olney Jr. of Providence and Barbara Macurda Hall; and her stepfather Ransom Hall of Sanford. She is survived by: her husband David John Decker of Durham; her son Jake Decker (Loriana Morris) of Boerne; her grandchildren, Jocelyn, Wesley, Gabriel and Naomi; and her sisters, Nancy Liner (Blaine) of Williamsburg, Virginia and Peggy Smith of Dublin. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
