He is survived by: his wife Cynthia "Cindy" Parnell Johnson; his daughters, Courtney Johnson and Jennifer Johnson; his brothers, James Johnson (Judy) and Tommy Johnson (Diane); and his brother-in-law Harrison May. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
