He is survived by: his wife Mozella Fisher; his children, Tony Marshall-Fisher (Sharon), Tiffany Scarlett (Cedrick), Stephen Fisher, Jr. (Elisa), Domonique Fisher, Candice Webb (Linwood), Jennifer Johnson (Nicholas), Andrea Phillips (Otto) and DeWanda Fisher; and his siblings, Frederick Fisher (Shirley), Joan Sidberry (Michael), Natalie Fisher and Catherine Sconyers (Clarence). He is also survived by sisters- and brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, church family, and friends.
