He was predeceased by: his parents, Alma Blake and James Parker; and his sister Carolyn Parker. He is survived by: his daughters, Courtney Nicole Blake and Brittany Morgan Blake; his granddaughter Paige Nicole Davis; his stepmother Georgetta Parker; and his siblings, Tirrell Blake, Cheryl Blake, Barry Blake and Jacqueline Parker McAfee. He is also survived by extended family members, friends.
