Sue Evans Edwards Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on September 28, 2023, at the age of 82, Sue Evans Edwards (Durham, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow Wilson Evans and Dovie Marks Evans; and her brothers, Robert Evans, Edward Evans and Johnny Evans.

She is survived by: her husband Winford "Wayne" Edwards; her children, Melinda Sue Edwards, Billie Ann Edwards, Kristie Michele Crutchfield (Andy), Sabrina Elizabeth Edwards Smith (Mikie), Barbara Elizabeth Stover (Rob), Meshell Edwards and Kerry Wayne Edwards; her sisters, Rachel Clements, Louise Griffin, Shirley Hodges, Elaine Durham (Jim) and Billie Horne (Danny); and her grandchildren, Savannah Laine Wilkins, Cameron Andrew Crutchfield, Owen Michael Smith, Carter Anderson Crutchfield, Sawyer Wayne Smith, Joseph Cael Montague, Aubrey Claire Crutchfield, Mason Smith of Washington and Oliver Gray Stover. She is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
