He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Alvin, Jean Hayes, Cecil and Shirley Goodwin; and his uncle Bobby Hayes.
He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Hayes and Tonya Michelle Goodwin Hayes; his brother Christian Hayes; his daughter Layla Hayes; his aunts, Renee Story (Randy) and Diane Hayes; and his cousins, Brandi Story, John Hayes (April) and Brooke Shepherd.
