He is survived by: his wife Linda; his daughters, Cara O'Brien (Jamie Markham) of Durham, NC and Erin Sullivan (Jeff Sullivan) of Warwick, RI; his siblings, Patricia Blank of Missouri and Bob of Nevada; and his grandchildren, Owen, Liam, Brennan, Connor Markham, Thomas and Ella Sullivan.
