He is survived by: his sons, Tommy Watkins of Durham and Henry Watkins of Durham; his sister Janice Peacock of Durham; his grandchildren, Heather, Alicia, Brandon and Brendon Watkins; and his nieces, Tiffany and April Peacock. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
