She was predeceased by: her father James Darnell Horne; her grandparents, James Curtis "Buck" Horne, Dorothy Lane Durham and Marlene Dorman; and her stepsister Crystal Vollers.
She is survived by: her daughters, Madison Rebekah Clayton and Olivia Sue Horne; her mother Rebecca Dorman Vollers (Becky); her stepfather Jimmy Vollers; her siblings, Ronald Funderburk (Jenipher), Donald Funderburk, Deborah Funderburk Clark (Barry) and Shannon Horne Cummings; and her stepsiblings, Jeff Vollers (Pam) and Robin Raper (Rabbit). She is also survived by several uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Tonya's memory can be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
