“I met Tonya over 30 years ago when she walked into the Westaff office seeking employment. Over the ensuing years she became not only a friend but part of our family, referring to my mother as "Ma" and delighting in the fact that my mom declared that SHE was her black daughter. I will miss our weekly phone calls, her attendance at family functions but above all her hearty laugh. Rest well my dear friend and I'm glad that you are free of the pain and suffering you endured. Take our love with you”
