She was predeceased by: her parent Shirley Fuquay. She is survived by: her parent Jerry Fuquay; her husband Randall Combs; her children, Heather Caudle (Eddie), Mark Mabry Jr. (Natalie) and Zack Combs; her brother Jerry Fuquay Jr. (Lori); and her grandchildren, Emma Grace, George, Marley Rae, Wells and Lucy Scott.
