He is survived by: his parents, Victor L. Hughes, Sr. and Judy Fuller Hughes; his sister Zanetta "Gale" Hughes Lowndes; his brother-in-law Jonathan T Lowndes; his nephew Matthew J Hughes; his children, Damen Henry and Maren Henry; and his grandchildren, Damen Hart and Micheal Ingle.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Blackwell Funeral Home (1292 Rauhut St, Burlington, NC 27217).
