She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Cleveland Patrick and Elizabeth Wells Patrick; her brother Robert "Bobby" Ernest Patrick; and her children, Bob Patrick (Lisa), David Patrick (Liz) and MaryLynn Patrick Lee (Tommy).
She is survived by: her husband Edward Cooke.
