He is survived by: his children, Mark (Liz), Jamie (Dell), Randy (Roshan) and Beth Carroll; his grandchildren, Mike, Elyse, Scott, Christina, David and Elizabeth; his great grandchildren, Steven, Alex and Amy; his brother Richard; and his siblings-in-law, Dolly and Dan Kosak. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
