He was predeceased by: his parents, Doddridge Wheeler and Helen Buckley Wheeler; his siblings, Robert Wheeler, Fred Byers and Susan Filaroski; and his daughter Kimberly Wheeler.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Wheeler; his daughter Tracey Belanger (Scott); his stepdaughter Kristen Carmack; and his grandchildren, Shayna Bascio and Dallas Bascio. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Moore Cemetery.
