He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Bob Blackwelder and Mildred Blackwelder. He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Clements (Erin); his granddaughter Kylie Hawks (Mckenzie); and his sisters, June Blackwelder (Kurt Lent), Gayle Zales (Mike) and Lisa Walker (Allen). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Hillsborough Town Cemetery (200 E Corbin St, Hillsborough, NC 27275).
