He was predeceased by: his parents, William G. Mordecai, Sr. and Georgia Davis Mordecai; his wife Peggy Jean Cameron Mordecai; and his sisters, Elizabeth Davis Mordecai and Louisa Mordecai Odom.
He is survived by: his children, Beth Eisenson (Howard) and William "Bill" Mordecai III (Heather); and his grandchildren, Michael Mordecai, Vince Eisenson (Amal) and Heather Eisenson Campbell (Colin). He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
