He is survived by: his wife Ernestine Turner; his children, Jewel T. Stephens (Anthony), William T. Turner, Jr. (Sandra) and Stephen D. Turner; and his brother Reverend Lawrence R. Turner, Jr.. He is also survived by five grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; other extended family members; and a host of dear friends.
