He was predeceased by: his parents, James Robert and Irene Virginia Ricks Wyatt. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Woods Wyatt; his son David (Cindy) of Butner; his brother Frank (Sandra) of Durham; his grandchildren, Austin (Hannah) of Louisburg and Meredith (Ian) of Buxton; and his great grandchildren, Annie and Harrison.
