He was predeceased by: his parents, Estis William Norman and Treva Alene Long Norman; his wife Elaine Baity Norman; and his brother Wayne Webb "Perk" Norman. He is survived by: his cousins, Terry Firle, Harold Brown, Mike Brown, Rita Poplin, Renee Lambert, Sam Poindexter, Pat Davis and Adrian Long.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Union Hill Cemetery or to Mountain Valley Hospice.
