She is survived by: her children, David Ray Phillips Jr. (Jennifer) of East Bend, Ricky Allen Phillips (Susie) of East Bend and Kim Purcell-Reid (Mike) of Salisbury; her grandchildren, Jill Renne Phillips, Courtney Carol Phillips, Austin Ray Phillips, Andrew Christian Purcell and Graham Jacob Purcell; and her great grandchildren, Raylee Page, Noah Preslar and Mary Frances Purcell. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
