He was predeceased by: his parents, Moir Clayton and Essie Mae Phillips Norman; and his brothers, Willie Gray Norman and Gary Clayton Norman. He is survived by: his wife Diane Hardy Norman; his children, Pam Stanley (Ronnie) and Jeffery Norman (Kandice); his grandchildren, Cameron Stanley (Morgan), Hannah Stanley (Chris) and Garrett Norman; his great grandchild Salem Tate; his siblings, Daphne Venable (Randy), Denise Norman (Joey Snow) and Dennis Norman (Patsy); and his siblings' children, Tonya Hawks (Andy) and Tony Venable (Stephanie).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Siloam Baptist Church, 6909 Siloam Road Siloam, NC 27047.
