He is survived by : his sons, Mason Forrest (Lisa) and Lee Forrest (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Hunter Forrest, Jake Forrest, Blake Forrest, Charlie Forrest, Noah Forrest and Caleb Forrest; his brothers, Monty Forrest (Dee Dee) and Ronnie Forrest; and his friends, Terry Brown and Frank "Groovy" Williams.
