He is survived by: his wife Brenda G. Hutchens; his son Michael Lee Hutchens; his sibling's children, Ravon Johnson, Wayne Hutchens and Mary Collins Craddock; his sister-in-law Ann Hutchens; his caregivers, Cathy Copeland and Casey Klask; Annie-Pearl Elizabeth Slate.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mountain Valley Hospice.
