Though Gray may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Lane and Elma Niten Lane; his siblings, Roger Lane, Dewey Lane, Ralph Lane, Elizabeth Spencer and Ruby Patton; and his close friend Edna Lane.
He is survived by: his son Adam Lane (Lynn) of East Bend; and his sisters, Violet Floyd (Jim) of East Bend and Shirley Bumgarner of East Bend.
