She was predeceased by: her parents, William J. Carson Sr. and Evelyn Whitted Carson; and her brother William J. Carson Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Dempsey Brewer Jr.; her sons, Wes Brewer, Joshua Brewer and Daniel Brewer (Morgan); her grandson Caleb Brewer; and her nephew William Carson III.
Viewing will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gentry Family Funeral Service (428 E Main St, East Bend, NC 27018). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and at 11:00 AM at the Richmond Hill Baptist Church (2205 Richmond Hill Church Rd, Boonville, NC 27011). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at the East Bend Friends Cemetery (246 Cemetery St, East Bend, NC 27018).
