He was predeceased by: his father Paul Josey; and his siblings, Ernest Wallace and Laura Josey. He is survived by: his mother Meddia Bates of Pilot Mountain; and his siblings, Christopher Whitehead (Crystal) of Garner, Randy Josey Whitehead of Westfield and Belinda Josey of East Bend. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and several great nieces and great nephews.
