It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roy Edward Hunter of East Bend, North Carolina, who passed away on April 20, 2024, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his father Roy "Tinker" Hunter; and his son Dillon Hunter. He is survived by : his mother Libby "Janie" Reece Hunter; his siblings, Michael Hunter (Crystal) of East Bend, Debbie Hyatt (Tony) of Yadkinville and Kathy Collins (David) of Boonville; and his nieces and nephews, Kody Hunter, Chris Hyatt, David Hyatt, Austin Hunter, Mason Hunter, Tony Collins, Tommy Collins, Alexis White and Kayla Marsh.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Huff Funeral Home (212 Main St, East Bend, NC 27018). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at 10:00 AM at 2340 Flint Hill Rd, East Bend, NC 27018.
