She was predeceased by: her parents, John Daniel Snow and Mary Emma Snow; and her brothers, John S. Snow (Sue) and Bill A. Snow (Mick). She is survived by: her husband Thomas S. Staley; and her sister Louise Snow Patterson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, one may if they wish make a donation to Hospice and Home Care Foundation of North Carolina. A special thanks to the loving and caring people of Well Care Hospice, Advance, NC for the assistance and help provided Ruth during her battle with Dementia/Alzheimer's.
