It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shelby Jean Cline of East Bend, North Carolina, who passed away on February 24, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Gene Taylor and Carrie Lucille Stewart Taylor; and her husband Billy Cline. She is survived by : her children, James Cline of East Bend and Debbie Marshall (Doug) of East Bend; her sister Ann Hutchens of East Bend; her grandchildren, Crystal Eads, Carol Howell (Travis), Blake Eads (Kiesha) and Ty Marshall; and her great grandchildren, Ryder, Lela, Bryzer, Sawyer, Logan and Cameron.
