She was predeceased by: her husband Billy Ray Collins. She is survived by: her daughter Teresa Szaro (Doug Szaro); her grandchildren, Rose Presnell, Jennifer Renee-Hennings-Gonzales (Joseph Cruz Gonzales) and Bobby Hennings; and her great grandchild Charlotte Gonzales. She is also survived by 2 brothers and one sister.
