He is survived by: his mother Annie Martin Wilson of Cascade, VA; his daughter April Reed of New Orleans, LA; his siblings, Gwendolyn Holland (Louis) of College Park, MD, Gloria W. Kirby (Alonzo) of Axton, VA, Anna W. Warren (Minister Ronnie) of Cascade, VA, Ruth W. Smith (Phil) of Cascade, VA, Calvin Wilson (Minister Mickey) of Jacksonville, NC and Steven Wilson (Lisa) of Cascade, VA; his sister-in-law Rita Wilson of Eden, NC; and his granddaughter Camille Dunomes of New Orleans, LA. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fulton - Walton Memorial Chapel (417 Price St, Eden, NC 27288). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church (13602 Martinsville Hwy, Cascade, VA 24069). The military honors was held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Wilson Family Cemetery (1220 Locust Dr, Cascade, VA 24069). A burial was held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at the same location.
